− Didn't get room we paid for because of overlooking ... we paid for 2 queen beds & got one bed & hard pull out couch ... the bathroom wasn't clean had soap scum in tub & nail clipping on back of toilet ... pool had paint chips in water from bottom/sides of pool ... the floor in lobby area needs replaced

Would not return because of AC noise despite a nice staff and clean new rooms.
5.0Newly renovated. Nice staff. Decent breakfast.
− A/C unit made weird high pitched noises (wha wha wha). It was inconsistent. It wasn’t actually loud. But it made a sound and got quiet and whined again in quick succession. Neither of us could sleep well. We were given access to listen in another room before moving. It was the same. Office chair was dangerous. The back was broken. Almost fell backwards.
