10.0This is the nicest resort property I have ever stayed at. The service from every aspect--welcoming at front door, check in, concierge, housekeeping, every dining venue we tried (parkview, glamping), pool facilities --was exceptional--always kind, thoughtful, and helpful, never pushy, high pressure, impatient, or dismissive. The lounges, lobby, and exterior grounds were well laid out and very clean with beautiful views, artwork, fresh orchids, and plenty of room for strolling while also providing plenty of seating. Parking is perfectly located and complimentary. Room was beautiful and good size with beautiful views over pool and gardens with ocean in distance. All food services we tried were outstanding and plentiful. Business center services outstanding. Pools, sauna wonderful. Overall value of service and amenities is extremely high. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.
− There is nothing I did not like about the property. It was perfect and exceeded expectations in every way for what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked would be access to beaches nearby.
