3.0The mirror in the bathroom.
− The quality of the furniture. The room was outdated. Wooden furniture was beat up, scratched, missing edging. Carpet was ripped, cut up, and and had large burn. Go see my Google review for this place. I included pictures. Stain on the chair, loud outdated AC. Lack of outlets by the bed. Poor paint job, touch ups and there were atleast 10 on one wall that paint didnt not match. Room had a not clean odor. Parking lot was a nightmare and landscaping was nor nice. Alot of weeds everywhere.. and all that for $344 a night. Great recommendation booking.com

− Online the place was described as basic but clean. It was dirty and disgusting. People were obviously living there fulltime. The manager was rude and useless. Because I feared bedbugs, I found an alternate hotel.
Missed Potential
4.0The person who checked us in was lovely. I had pre-registered which I deeply appreciate, so we started off well. The location is quite good for accessible good restaurants. I had requested a room with window facing pool and our receptionist set us up there. Great. The gravest issue was the cleanliness of the room 209, I believe. There's a bizarre smell to the room which did not smell fresh. There's a filthy chair which we covered with a white towel immediately, just so we wouldn't see it. I needed to dress for an occasion right away and discovered a grimy feel to the carpet. The toilet seat was broken and swings off to the side. The floor of the bathroom was not only no sparkling but actually dirty. We stayed because the sheets were clean. All these statements are truly meant to be helpful. The location is one I'd like to return to but not this venue, unfortunately.

6.0− I stayed last fall and the room was nice clean, when i stayed this time we were in a smaller building room 304, there were cobwebs over the beds the floors were not level it just wasnt as nice as my last visit. the internet was intermittent
