9.0the room was fantastic. comfortable beds, a great shower and clean. it was so close to the tube line and had so many food options along the street.
− the property was fine, i thought the staff could have been more helpful - assistance was needed booking a taxi as my friend has a hidden disability and we were hoping to avoid walking long distances but they were unable to assist with this.
