1.0Locatio very god for Seaport District
− The check in process was a nightmare. Checked in Friday July 10th (or tried to). Staff declared 4 pm was "the time for the start of check-in". Travel frequently and have never heard of such a thing.. After waiting in lone to check in for 25 minutes at about 4 pm I was told my room was not ready and there were about 200+ other rooms also not yet available. Was told they would text me when room was available. When we left for our dinner reservations at 5:30 (room still not available) we needed to check out luggage at the concierge. It appears others received notification of their room being available as the line snaked across the lobby for people to get their keys (yes you need to get in lone and check in twice). Never received that text my room was available, I call from our dinner location and was told our room was available. Management and check in cleaning process a nightmare. Stay away, many other more professionally run places to stay.
