Overpriced, misleading, and disappointing.
4.0The main reason I booked this hotel was the amenities advertised on Booking.com. Unfortunately, they did not match my actual experience.
− I was charged $54 for Wi-Fi that was advertised as free. The “heated” pool was cold, the hot tub was not clean, and housekeeping entered my room at 8:24 a.m. without knocking. Overall, the hotel did not deliver what was promised.
Excellent choice for b=usiness or personal travel.
10.0Great hotel and convention center. A bit out in the middle of nowhere, but if you have a car or anything else you need, it can be delivered. Excellent food and friendly staff. Very nice and close convention center.
