6.0I have stayed here before and used it as a cheap break on long trips back to Cornwall. It was not my best experience here as I had asked for a room with 2 beds as I was travelling with my daughter. When I asked about this the response was that all the rooms have 2 beds but it may not be made up. A bit disappointing as it was gone midnight and we had driven from Stansted and were tired. There was no offer to help if the bed wasn't made up. As it happens it was ok. As it was so late there were no parking spaces left apart from at least 2 disabled parking spaces. We asked if we could use one as it was so late and we would be leaving early the following morning. We were told no as someone might come in later wanting to use one of the spaces. Highly unlikely. It was not too far to walk but the whole experience felt unhelpful. We also had to pay for parking, we which I was unaware of, as I had booked through Booking.com. Something to be aware of. I will stay again as it is convenient but hope for a better welcome next time.

10.0Brilliant stay at this proper hotel. Had some nice goons and even hit the ceiling! Easy to find as my mate diddy got inside. Had an absolute belter on the toilet and the shower was 👌 🧐. This hotel had me crine 😭it was so tuff!!👍🏼
