− Le personnel a l'accueil m'a laissé attendre et a même laissé passer un homme avant moi alors que j'étais là déjà depuis 2 bonnes minutes. Et personnel pas très soigné niveau langage

− Pool was closed, totally out of their control but maybe add communication when we are booking as I had 5 kids looking forward to a pool in between activities

5.0The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was also great as we were close to the water and had lovely views.
− The shower was broken and the floor boards were coming up. There was mould growing in the bathroom.

5.0The view was nice, the bed was comfortable, shower was good.
− We only had the room cleaned once not good enough, there wasn't any milk in the fridge, there were never enough towels or toilet rolls had to constantly ask. The air-conditioning was noisy!. You couldn't connect chrome cast to the television, the cups were small to drink out of ridiculous.
