6.0A last minute booking which the price inflated by the day to almost double with taxes once you've check in. An unusual request for deposit was requested after initial booking? The breakfast is limited pre cooked and self service till 9am. The area has no amenities in walking distance. Lastly the road works immediately outside has been continuous for over 3;years!!

8.0I only put 3 stars because the road is closed due to road constructions. Other than that, the hotel staff and service are great!
Great place to stay with family
10.0The staff at the Comfort in Mississauga was excellent. Everything was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. The only thing I can say that I did not like was the rolling desk chair in the room. Even though it was a family long weekend trip I needed to work every night for a bit and the chair was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was going to fall out of it the entire time. Maybe I just had a bad chair. Other than that incredibly minor thing I would totally stay here again.

2.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. While I was lying on the bed, I found a cockroach under me on the bed itself! It was shocking and completely unacceptable. When I called the manager, he said it was “not a big deal” and hung up on me without offering any help or compensation. This is not the kind of service or hygiene anyone expects from a hotel. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service.
