2.0My room was dirty. Sheets in particular. There was someone impaired at the pool. Another person sitting in her parked car next to mine smoking when I got there all the way to the time I left the next morning. My building card keys rarely worked. The elevator sounds like it was about to break and the lobby got broken into the night I was there. I felt so unsafe that I packed everything up as quickly as I could, left and reported them to corporate headquarters. Now they are trying to charge my card for additional nights. I’m shocked this place has the Hilton name attached to it. It’s a serious misrepresentation from their website as it shows a lovely hotel on the top of a peaceful hill when in reality it’s on a freeway and noisy. I’m not sure how they are getting these positive reviews.
