− fridge was hot on arrival, trash cans so tiny, not enough pillows or toilet paper for 5 people, card keys stopped working first night

Perfect location and amenities for a visit to Virginia's cradle of civilization
8.0the bed was comfortable and my whole group had no negatives. I was surprised the beds weren't higher off the floor. the staff checked us in a bit earlier than 3:00PM when we arrived, which we really liked. love light roast coffee and the hotel had some. Our grand-kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast is also a great perk that we really enjoy.
− Only the scrambled eggs. They clearly looked like they had been delivered in a plastic bag and reheated. I had a bad experience with this kind of thing a year ago. I like the protein, but not like that.
