3.0The service was very good. The receptionist did her best to speak English and took the time to explain everything we needed to know as guests. We really appreciated the warm welcome. The hotel is in a great location, and the family room was spacious and comfortable for two adults and two children.
− Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a major issue. There was a hole in the ceiling next to the air conditioning unit, and throughout the night it made a constant rattling noise. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep and only managed to fall asleep around 4:00 a.m., even though we had to check out at 11:00. This room should not be rented to guests until the problem has been repaired.
