9.0Friendly staff at especially when I first checked in. The gentleman was great but I forgot his name Charic or something like that. Loved that there was coffee in the lobby along with a place to purchase food.
− More control over the air condition…sometimes it would get too hot or too cold. Maybe fluffier pillows would be nice. Having a table to sit at and be able to eat would be good.

9.0Stay was comfortable, room was clean, wifi worked properly and the hotel location is great. The Breakfast at the hotel cafe was very good and Donna went out of her way to make us comfortable. We really appreciate her service.
− There is no way to contact house keeping services directly by calling them from the room. The only number that could be called is front desk and it did not work so I had to go down to front desk multiple times for any requests.
