4.0Sehr gute Lage direkt am Rhein, das sehr gute und reichhaltiges Frühstück, das freundliche Personal
− Ausstattung der Zimmer war katostropfal, 1 DZ gebucht, 4 Bett Zimner erhalten, 1 Stuhl, bei den Betten hatten die Matratzen beinahe Bodenkontakt .. Die Zimmer sind einfach in die Jahre gekommen und sollten umgehend renoviert werden

6.0Die Lage mit Nähe zum Rhein
− Wir haben in der Hitzeperiode (36 Grad) in diesem Hotel übernachtet und konnten vor Hitze kaum ein Auge zu machen. Dafür kann natürlich die Hotelleitung nichts, aber es war noch nicht einmal ein Ventilator, der wenigstens für etwas Abkühlung hätte sorgen können, vorhanden. Dafür wiederum hätte man sorgen können…

6.0− Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein riesiges Zimmer, wahrscheinlich für eine Großfamilie gedacht. Das Einzige, was sauber war, waren die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, das sauberer war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war dabei sehr hilfsbereit. Im Großen und Ganzen hat das Hotel Nachholbedarf bezüglich der Sauberkeit. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
