− The rooms were incredibly small. A staff member booked a cab for us but the driver didn’t show up. She left us on our own to get a ride and we almost missed our excursion.
Recommended location on an excellent metro line.
10.0Location excellent - beside metro station and just off La Rambla. Room was excellent, good bed, bathroom etc. Breakfast was super. Catered for gluten free very well. Friendly staff, couldn't be more helpful.

− When we booked the hotel, booking.com said that our breakfast was included but the front desk said that wasn’t true, even though I should that it was on our confirmation.
