I will never stay there again and due to our experience will never try another Barcelo hotel.

The staff on arrival were great and friendly. Sadly, that where it ended.

− The smell was horrendous- from the foyer to the bar to our room - smell of sewerage. Room service was shocking - ridiculously long to get anything. Staff were not very helpful.

− Miss sold on it being a 5 star. Just dreadful. Mainly the staff following their own rules. There’s not enough room in the next comment option to describe the awful experience my 87 year old mother and I had. If you would like to know more my email is gregorydonaldmorgan@gmail.com.
