I will never stay there again and due to our experience will never try another Barcelo hotel.
2.0The staff on arrival were great and friendly. Sadly, that where it ended.
− The smell was horrendous- from the foyer to the bar to our room - smell of sewerage. Room service was shocking - ridiculously long to get anything. Staff were not very helpful.
