8.0The room itself was huge and beautiful. Was clean and we were given 4 extra pillows. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The outside of the hotel is in need of much care. The pool area was cluttered and the pool itself was dirty. Seems like the outside of the hotel and property has been neglected…not sure if it’s off season, but definately did not look like the pictures on line.

9.0Beautiful palatial building with huge room and exstensive grounds. Super convenient for Herclaneum. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was made to feel truly welcome, and offered excellent local advice about things to do and see.
− I could say that the bath/shower wasnt the best. But I didn't mind. Its a charming place to stay.
