10.0Evet, artık Martı Resort hakkında daha detaylı bir yorum yapabilirim. Yemekler, odalar, temizlik, hizmet kalitesi ve otelin genel atmosferi gerçekten beklentimin üzerindeydi. Ancak beni en çok etkileyen şey bunlardan biri değil, otelin Genel Müdürü Uğur Bey oldu. Bugüne kadar konakladığım birçok otelde genel müdürü ne gördüm ne de misafirlerle bu kadar iç içe olduğunu hissettim. Uğur Bey ise gün boyunca misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen, selam veren, hâl hatır soran ve en küçük detayı bile takip eden bir yönetici. Bu samimiyet ve misafirperverlik, oteli sadece güzel bir tesis olmaktan çıkarıp kendinizi gerçekten değerli hissettiğiniz bir yere dönüştürüyor. Bence bir otelin gerçek kalitesi, onu yöneten insanların misafire verdiği değerde gizlidir. Bu konuda Uğur Bey farkını net şekilde hissettiriyor. Kendisine ve tüm ekibe unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattıkları için içtenlikle teşekkür ederim.

8.0The landscape around hotel was amazing. The staff were nice and helpful. It's a bit out of city, but there was public transport so we could easily get to the center. Room was big and bad was big and comfortable too
− The room wasn't really clean. Places what mostry used stuff was cleaning, but in same time some corners and table was dusty, in our room wasn't normal balcony, only as it called "French balcony" and i wanted go out there but it was so dirty. In dinning area was too many flies and it was really disturbing
It was a relaxing holiday
8.0The staff were extremley friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The girls in the grab and go were amazing for anything i needed for my toddler and the boys in the main bar were great!
