4.0− When we arrived the floor in the room had crumbs which looked like popcorn under & beside one bed & a dead leaf under the other bed.There was also a small table with crumbs underneath it. They had to vacuum it for us. Then we arrived home after going out so wanted a cup of tea. There wasn’t any cups to have it. There were six wine glasses but no coffee or teacups.

− The first room had no natural light and was not what was pictured in there ad. I then asked to move rooms which had natural light which was great.

Great VFM break
8.0It’s quite stunning to look at when you arrive. We found all the staff really helpful and very nice. It was as described and we loved the quiet generally. There is renovations happening and during the day there is some noise. The Thai restaurant was great.
− The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would expect. There was only 1 and half loo rolls when we arrived but otherwise it was fine. It is a bit remote from anything much. We knew that prior to arriving but if you didn’t have a car it could be a problem.

9.0The staff were so helpful and lovely to deal with. They made sure you had everything you needed. Good to see the rooms have been updated with a fresh paint job and new carpets

10.0The underground parking was good. Reception staff were very friendly and informative. Room was clean and well presented. I only used the restaurant/ Cafe twice but both times were great.
