The hotel was not the highlight of this trip for me but overall was not horrible.
6.0Room was a good size for my needs. The location was perfect.
− Housekeeping could have done more. They dropped off towels and that was pretty much it. I had to ask them to come get garbage. They never made the beds. The pool was entirely too cold to enjoy.

1.0− Advertised as a 1 bedroom suite. It was all one room with a tiny sitting room with little space and separated from a bed area (not separated, not private, and no door, as illustrated in the ad) by a bathroom. It was just a less than average room. Staff was rude, breakfast was very average. Street noise at night. Would never stay there again.

− WiFi wasn’t great. Really slow signal when trying to connect to the internet.
Was a good stay, but will be booking elsewhere in the future.
7.0Right on the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So many attractions and stores within walking distance.
− $15/day for parking that is not mentioned until you check in. For the price paid for the rooms, I don't think patrons should have to pay for parking regardless of being a tourism area.
