Stay was missed becuase the booking was in the wrong city of Shelbyville....
1.0− Booking.com booked me a place in the wrong state. I was in Shelbyville, IA and they booked me into Shelbyville, KY. I paid for a room I never got to see....
We cancelled our room as soon as we checked in after coming across bugs and stains.
1.0Service was nice, even though we did not finish a stay and cancelled immediately due to bugs in the room.

− I wish that we were notified sooner that the pool was closed down and with the pool being closed down maybe give a small discount would have been nice cuz the only reason we actually rented a room from there is because it had a pool they did offer to let us cancel but with it being so last minute I couldn't guarantee we could find a room in another place so last minute
I would have been frightened to stay at this hotel if traveling alone, although it was very clean.
7.0The property was at a great location and perfect for our nearby plans and activities.
− Front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful. Pool was closed for repair. Elevator was extremely slow. Key to room quit working and we had to get it reset. The breakfast as advertised was very misleading. We chose this property based on the breakfast being offered and access to a pool. The back lawn of the property was completely covered in litter with trash and debris.
