It served the purpose. I would not stay there again.

The location was good. Breakfast was typical pre-cooked, reheated fare.

− There was only a hard chair, like at a kitchen chair to sit in. There was plenty of room for a larger, softer chair. Also, the bed was like a board with a little padding on it.

− The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy and uneven. The linens were old and thin. The pillows were old and lumpy. The porch was closed for repairs but no one was working.

Large, quiet room. Super comfortable bed with good pillows and nice linens. Shower had plenty of hot water and a much appreciated grab bar. Strong wifi. Convenient parking right next to the building. Great location very close to downtown and the Capitol.

− We chose this inn because the photos showed a wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet) but our room unfortunately had carpet. The bathtub could use a good scrub — the tub floor was extremely grimy (very unsightly — one might say icky). It appears that it isn't cleaned after every guest because there was hair in the tub (also icky). Shower pressure was weak. The sink sloped forward so the bar of soap was always sliding into the basin – not a big deal but very annoying. Our stay was fine for one night but we wouldn’t return.
