− I was very disappointed with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Rogers, Arkansas. The first thing I noticed was the poor condition of the landscaping. The grass had not been cut and appeared overgrown, giving the property an unkempt appearance. Upon arrival, guests were supposed to receive welcome care packages, but the evening staff failed to provide them and never mentioned them during check-in. The room itself was also below expectations. The bathtub paint was chipped, which made the bathroom look worn and poorly maintained. The lighting throughout the room was inadequate, making the space feel dark and uninviting. I chose this hotel because it carries the Marriott name, which typically represents a certain standard of quality and guest experience. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. Management should take a closer look at the condition of the property and the level of service being provided. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

8.0It was clean and had everything we needed and well located to what we needed. Our shower leaked so it was a little messy. The A/C was that noisy kind that can wake you up at night. Overall though it was a good experience.
One night stay. Not staying at a Fairfield anymore.
3.0Parking
− Slow toilet flushing Broken curtain rod in room and when I reported it I was charged for it. I am a retired veteran and I didn't break the curtain rod. I should not have been charged. Also tha hallway carpet is worn and torn.
