Unique hotel, but pool maintenance needs to be better

− The swimming pool was extremely dirty with algae growing and no filtration turned on in the pool. We booked this hotel for the pool. But couldn’t use.

10.0the property was absolutely gorgeous. The variety of trees, flowers, bushes and grasses was impressive. I loved learning the history of each building by reading the signs throughout the property. Employees encountered were all friendly and clearly eager to serve. I wish I would have had more time to explore and utilize each area of the property.

9.0Beautiful nature. So many different plants, flowers, birds, butterflies, etc. Amazing old buildings. It all looks like a fairytale and the staff is also super nice and I love the fact that most of them come from the area where the hotel is.
− Swimming pool area has some very old parasols. Also using the leaf blowers in the morning makes a lot of noice but because everything else is so nice I could ignore it.
