Very disappointing!
2.0Worst hotel experience Ever! For my wife's birthday we took advantage of the 2 nights free offer on my card. Did it online and received a conformation # for $38.00. I clicked on an upgrade site and by mistake clicked the wrong box. Site would not let me cancel my choice, so I called the Hotel and told them I did not want the upgrade. They said they would make a note on our reservation but charged me $230 for the upgrade that we did not use or want. My wife and I can't walk very well but they gave us the farthest room from the elevator we could get. This was the worst Hotel experience We have ever had!
