Run Down
4.0The room was very dated and run down. When we walked in the room was over 100 degrees. Only a small, very old wall air conditioner that couldn't cool it off. Had to open up the sliding glass door and front door to allow the heat to escape. The air condioner kept us up all night with a terrible grinding and crakling sound. Very uncomfortable. Never stay there again. I think they are closing and purposely haven't kept it up.

10.0Nice cozy quiet place with a nice property and good service. It's the perfect place to stay in Los Gatos if you don't want to spend too much.
