− Room was unkept and staff was non- existent. Asked to see a manager three consecutive days and they were never in the hotel. Room wasn’t cleaned well, trash left in hallways. Breakfast was semi-acceptable

1.0I had reservations to here for 2 nights and it was the worst stay. There is 1 outlet next to the bed which doesn't work and you need to move the nightstand to get it. The TV is incredibly small that you can't see it from the bed and the bathroom had a mold/mildew smell. The rooms are advertised as sound proof which is not correct. The individual who checked me in (a heavier male - john maybe?) was incredibly rude. Spoke 2 words the entire time (license and credit card). I asked about complementary internet and was told no with a shrug of his shoulder. When I returned to the hotel about 9pm EVERY spot was filled and I was stuck parking across the street. I didn't even bother staying the 2nd night because of the condition of the room. The towels in the bathroom were full of holes, no hot water. There was also an opened can of soda next to the microwave and a sock was at the foot of the bed. Honestly I don't know when the hotel room had even been cleaned but it was disgusting. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

An uncomfortable stay with poor service and outdated accommodations

− I was disappointed with my stay. The staff would quote one price and then later change it, which was frustrating and felt unprofessional. The beds are extremely outdated and very uncomfortable. I stayed for a week, and by the end I was genuinely relieved that I no longer had to sleep there.The property itself was not as clean as I expected, and overall it felt like it could use better maintenance. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special. While I wouldn’t say it was the worst I’ve had, I found very little of it enjoyable or appetizing. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
I didn't get the rest I was looking for. Waist of money.
3.0The hot tub was nice.
− The potatoes that were offered for breakfast looked more like mashed potatoes, and the coffee was not that good either. The walls were so thin I could hear the people upstairs using the bathroom and they used it multiple times throughout the night so it was extremely unpleasant repeatedly waking up to someone going to the bathroom.
