6.0can't use the side doors, hard for the handicapped. Also a lot of construction and highway workers blocking the drive makes parking inconvenient.

4.0The commode took 6 flushes to get the tp down, someone came up to plunge but it was still the same. The water pressure is awful. There were dead crickets EVERYWHERE! We were on the third floor...had to go to second floor for laundry.... first floor for ice. I'm old, after 7 hours driving, should not have had to run around all over for the amenities
