WARNING. Wyndham very poor service
2.0WARNING Made Reservation, got hotel confirmation and when arrived told hotel was closed months ago!!!! I called the Wyndham number and was on hold for an hour, transferred 4 Times, told the supervisor would be able to help. When I got to the final supervisor all she had the power to do is say “ I can file a concern”. Yuck!!! I miss the days of customer service. Sad that the first person was not empowered! Why even get transferred? How could the chain make reservations for closed hotels? TV

5.0Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer
− In der Nacht kommt man nur mit der Nachtglocke in das Hotel. Wir mussten 5 klingeln bis der Nachtportie kam.
Zum Glück auf der Liste nie wieder !
1.0− Angeblich konnte bei der letzten Übernachtung nichts abgebucht werden weil wir angeblich die Reise nach der Übernachtung storniert hätten was nicht stimmt ! Bei der nächsten Buchung wusste wir von nichts bis wir erst im Hotel an der Rezeption waren und uns gesagt wurde wir stehen auf der Schwarze Listen 90€ sind flöten gegangen ohne Übernachtung und bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen eine Frechheit und das für ein Hotel was sich in den letzten 3-4 Jahren sowieso nichts mehr erlauben kann weil es so stark nachgelassen hat ! Keine weiter Empfehlung vor allem nicht wenn sie ein Hotel suchen mit einer 24/7 Rezeption
