8.0The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, nice walk in shower, mini K cup coffee maker in room, and decent breakfast.

3.0− The AC unit in the first room was squealing very loud, so we requested another room. They gave us a new room number, and when I unlocked the door with the key, someone else’s things were already in there; so I quickly went back to the front desk which assigned us a different new room. This new room was fine for the first night, but the key scanner on the door died the next morning; so they had to “break into” the room and move us to a new room for the second night. All in all, we had three separate rooms in a two-night stay, and the front desk caused me to walk in on someone else’s room while they were away.

1.0The location that it was downtown
− Everything, the staff wasn’t concerned about my issues with my room. They didn’t want to provide a refund so we can find somewhere else to stay. They acted if I was apart of their staff and not a guess. The worst hotel ever.
