− School-like, cheap materials, really dated and felt like a government building rather than a hotel. Clean but closer to two stars than four. Staff was friendly.

6.0La ubicación es perfecta y te ofrece parking gratuito , el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, edificio emblemático ya que la recepción está en la 5 planta y con ascensor bajas a la planta 0 y ya estás en la calle comercial
− La relación calidad precio no es acorde,las instalaciones por dentro necesitan renovación básica,la ducha plato de 40*40 excesivamente pequeño y la mampara no cerraba bien del todo

Super pour aller visiter les cinque terre et être au centre de la spezia en voiture .
7.0La climatisation, la literie , la propreté sauf le placard de la chambre qui sentait très mauvais, seul point noir du séjour ! Le fait d’avoir eu une place de parking gratuite pile devant l hôtel grâce à un super gentil accueil . Très bon petit déjeuner aussi .
