4.0No lift and each floor had many levels, so we were going up or down, even from the bedroom to the bathroom. I nearly fell into the bathroom during the night. Not a good hotel for people with a leg disability. The staff and service were fair and friendly, but slow. It is located in a good area close to a lovely seaside village.
Hotel below standard
4.0The staff were friendly, my room was on the front of the hotel next to a road which was very noisy from about 6am in the morning, I was woken up 2 mornings at 6am by the refuse men doing there collection. The next morning I was woken up by council workers cleaning up debris from the road. The hotel in general looked tired & in need of refurbishment. The pool was out of use on a few occasions due to pump issues.
