HORRIBLE!!
2.0We stayed for the fair in july. There was hardly anyone else there. The tv and wifi didn't work. No pool, no restaurant and no lounge. They say that they are renovating, yet there wasn't a single vehicle around the building related to construction. Rooms are the same as they were decades ago. Went back in November. No heat! and still no restaurant, pool or lounge. Stupid person that I am, I booked a room for the next fair in July . I called to confirm in July of 2025 and they have no record of my reservation! Just lame excuses. I have a confirmation letter from July 2024. Just as well close this place down!

1.0− I booked a room on Booking.com and there was no room available, Apparently the Hotel is under renovation and not open. I was charged for a room that was never available, I need a full tefund

2.0We arrived at the hotel, approached the front desk to check in and the employee informed us that they were closed due to renovations and they did not have any heat. There was no attempt at letting us know whatsoever. We called every single hotel in the area and there were absolutely no rooms available at any of them. She was completely unapologetic and we were unable to get a room in Minot.
