10.0This place was very clean. All staff were always approachable and friendly. We loved all the amenities they had to offer. This was our first time at an all inclusive hotel and it came highly recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with our stay and plan to be back in the future.

Esperaba mas de la cadena RIU
6.0Tienen suficientes albercas y camastros para disfrutarlas.
− Si llegas temprano, no te permiten ingresar hasta que cierran el restaurant para el desayuno. No tiene servicio al cuarto y tampoco hay quien te atienda en las albercas o camastros. Si quieres una bebida, tienes que ir por ella y hacer una fila de 20 a 30 personas. Me dijeron que el refrigerador sería reabastecido cada dos días, pero estuve 4 días y nunca lo reabastecieron. Al entregar la habitación y esperar por tu traslado al aeropuerto, ya no me dejaron ni caminar por los jardines para tomarme fotos, pues segun dijeron, el personal de seguridad me sacaría por no traer el brazalete. En resumen, la atención del personal fue buena, pero la política de ahorros del hotel, restringiendo a los turistas, me pareció exagerada comparada con otros hoteles.
