2.0− Staff was unqualified to work the desk,they didnt know anything, i was denied access to public washroom in the restaurant only white people were allowed in,had to pay for later checkout while every hotel i stayed, offered it free..was not impressed as a Traveller from 5 hrs away..i expect comfort not this.

− Getting keys and locks changed at midnight, being checked in for 10pm, after traveling 8 hrs and eating a cold dinner
