− This hotel was infested with roaches. They were crawling on us at night. And we killed a few. Had to clean all our belongings to make sure they didnt come in our luggage. The hotel staff were very rude about the situation and did not want to give us a refund for our night. I dont recommend anyone stay at this location very dirty.

The room was renovated.

− The property was dirty, trash all over the floor, a wet floor sign left in the elevator for 2 days. The drain cap was missing so there was a hole, roaches on the elevator, major tools left outside in the front of the property.

Great place to stay. By far the best breakfast I’ve come across

Everything, Ms.Vera was phenomenal she don’t know it but we are family now! Her spirit is cleansing!! I didn’t run into many staff but the ones I did everyone spoke and made sure I was ok. I definitely would be back. Don’t get me started on the pool. It was clean and the water isn’t too cold.

Staff I interacted with were polite and the bed was very comfortable.

− I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the property gave the impression that it was under construction rather than operating as a hotel. There was a wheelbarrow and large garden tools sitting directly in front of the entrance, making the property appear unkempt and poorly maintained. When I walked into the lobby, no one was at the front desk. Several staff members were outside smoking, while the manager on duty was sitting in the lobby talking on the phone. Even if someone is on break, guests should still be acknowledged or assisted promptly. There were security cameras in the lobby, but no one appeared to be monitoring them or paying attention to guests, and there wasn't even a bell to alert staff. It took several minutes before a staff member finally came inside to check me in. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and courteous, but mentioned being outside because the lobby was too hot, which was another sign the property was not being properly maintained. Unfortunately, the room was even more disappointing. It was extremely outdated and showed clear signs of neglect. There were holes that appeared to have been cut into the window shades, paint was peeling from the shower ceiling, mold surrounded the edges of the bathtub, and there was a large stain on the sofa that should have been cleaned or the furniture replaced. The desk was paired with an old banquet chair that looked completely out of place. Another concern was the number of people hanging around outside at the far end of the hotel. As an out-of-town guest, this made me feel uneasy and raised safety concerns. Overall, while the staff I interacted with were polite, the condition of the property, lack of attentiveness, poor maintenance, and safety concerns made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
