9.0Clean, comfortable, and quiet -- just what we needed! Our kids thought the mattresses were too firm, but my husband and I thought they were very comfortable. And the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
− Minor issues, but our toilet was very slow. We had to hold the handle down a long time for it to flush. Also, the shower was out of body wash, but it was no big deal because we brought our own. Overall, it was a great stay!
More investment is needed to bring this hotel up to the standards as reflected in the price per night. Either that, or d
1.0The staff was very professional and courteous
− The property (hallways, and elevator) were dirty. The room smelled like second hand smoke. The bed sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were questionable (laying loose in the closet…not in bags like other hotels)…upon unfolding them, there were two dead ants. The pullout couch mattress was so thin and lacked support, I was unable to sleep comfortably.
Stay was okay except for the shower.
