9.0Great location. Friendly staff. It was clean and comfortable -- just what we needed for an overnight stay. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly. I would recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip through the Tri-Cities.
Nice hotel but check your door

− When leaving for breakfast we noted that our door was not locking when we closed it. Also our key card would not open the back door by the pool.

Comfortable beds, great staff, but rather noisy.

− The noise from the highway was very loud, we even checked to make sure the windows were fully closed and locked. The walls are also thin, it was easy to hear people on the floor below us!
