3.0It was easy to find even though construction had the entrance blocked.
− No desk clerk at hotel. You had to go to diner next door to register and they charged over 50 dollars more than what I booked with you.

Won’t stay at one of those chains again.
3.0− Check-in and host was in the diner next door. Cramped little hot space to wait for help. TV didn’t work without calling them to come set it. The bathroom fan was so loud it was almost unbearable to even go in there. No ice bucket, water cups, or coffee in room. The manager on duty did come right away when we ask for some ice and brought a bag and some cups. Also set up the TV.
