4.0Room was hot. Only had wall ACs and they were off when we checked in even though they knew we were coming. Smoke detector was beeping when we came in. Card in room says to dial 0 from room phone to reach front desk but there is no room phone. Called the resort number and the after hours number. No response. Left a voicemail. No call back yet. The smoke detector beeping is annoying but is also unsafe if the battery is going dead.

8.0It was a good choice to stay at Del Beso resort. Great reception at front of house. Room was clean and comfortable. The Marker 8 Tiki Bar has good food and cold beer. Every staff we met were friendly and helpful. We would return.
