The B&B itself is lovely—clean, cozy, and full of charm, may be dated and not super luxurious, but what made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the manager, Gregory. He’s not just a great host—he’s an excellent human being. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, he treated us more like a guest in his home than a customer. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with directions, or just taking a moment to chat, Gregory’s presence added a personal touch that made all the difference.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Mayneview B&B. The space was cozy and beautifully decorated. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the great hospitality of inn keeper Gregory. I’d highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the area.

The property was beautiful and full of history. Very clean, safe, and provides a home like feel. Gregory’s service he provides as your host is unmatched. Comfortable well-run inn with well equipped rooms and common areas, and a fine breakfast. Staff are friendly and attentive. Bed was little bit on the soft sink-into side.
