10.0An excellent hotel. We travel a lot and often stop in Lyon on our way, usually staying at other hotels in the same category, but from now on, we’ll only stay here. The room was spotless, the underground parking was convenient, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise! A special thank you to the reception staff! It is rare to meet people like them—they explained everything in detail, walked us to the parking area, and were incredibly polite and attentive.

− המתקנים ישנים, צוות לא אדיב, נותן לך לחשוב פעמיים אם בא לך לבקש משהו, לא מחייך נותן לך הרגשה שעושה לך טובה שהוא משרת אותך, קבלת הפנים לא הייתה חמה, הזמנתי חדר פרמיום קינג עם מכונת קפה בתיאור החדר, אבל בחדר לא הייתה מכונת קפה, החדר אין בו מקרר למרות שזה חדר קינג, המתקנים מתקופת האבן ויש בהן ריח של ריקבון, הזמנתי את החדר במיוחד לסאונה , אבל הסאונה לא הייתה עובדת, אמרו אחרי כמה ימים תיפתח. בנוסף, ביקשו פיקדון 100 יורו, שאלתי למה? אמרו אם תרכוש משהו!!! למרות זאת, בבר אם מבקש משהו מבקשים עבורו במקום, ובחדר לא היה מקרר בו שתייה כדי לקחת ממני פיקדון. השטיח לא היה נקי מלוכלך.
