If i were to stay in a 4 star hotel i expect they have good service and provide pleasant stay but this is just subpar, n

− Cleaning is not clean, sheets are not changed, toiletries were not refilled if not asked. Hotel halls are scary and not well lighting only motion sensor that doesn't last long. Rooms does not have good noise isolation we loid thuds at night

9.0Mi è piaciuta molto la spaziosità della camera, confortevole e ben organizzata. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per visitare la zona e muoversi comodamente. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche i servizi messi a disposizione degli ospiti: la presenza della vaporiera per stirare i vestiti è stata davvero utile, così come il distributore di acqua gratuita, un’attenzione molto gradita.
− L’unica pecca è stata la colazione, che a mio parere avrebbe potuto essere più varia, con una scelta più ampia di prodotti.

10.0El diseño del hotel, la comodidad de las habitaciones y las camas. El personal fue muy amable. Buena comida en el bar. La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de atocha, del retiro y varios puntos de interés quedan a una distancia caminable.
− La comida del room service podría mejorar. La comida llegó fría.
