− We have stayed in this hotel several times without a problem. We were assigned a room that smelled like a wet dog that hadn’t been bathed in months. Then we realized that the deadbolt lock wouldn’t work. When we called the front desk we were told we could not move rooms because of limited availability. Upon hearing about the dead bolt situation they easily moved us to a room down the hall where we had to schlep all of our things to another room. That room was perfect. We love animals but don’t want to stay in a room that smells like one. We will never stay in a pet friendly hotel again and will not stay at this Hampton Inn again.
Luxury hotel in a small town
10.0My go to Hampton Inn and Suites always welcomed as now Diamond Reserve member by the elite staff such as Jill, Ari, Lindsey, Kim, and Bill who always provide the extra above and beyond level of service. After renovations were completed, the freshened up rooms are a warm welcome with the latest upgrades with new carpet, super amenities providing a good night's sleep and super pressure in the showers. The 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate is always kept full with hot water, coffee with everything you need for a super relaxing time in the renovated breakfast area. 24 hour fitness center is nice as well as a 24 hour laundry facility. Near to highways, restaurants, shopping, nearby attractions, and other amenities with in a quiet location with the superstar staff I am used to.
Great Stay
10.0Arianna at the front desk gets 5 stars from me all the way. I arrived earlier than check in time and she made special accommodations for me to check in early. Usually in small towns like Plymouth people tend to be a little bougie but not Arianna she made me feel just at home. The rooms were great clean property Walmart was in walking distance which I just loved loved loved will definitely repeat this property
OK experience--not special, not bad, just a place to lay our heads
6.0We stayed here overnight and it was OK. Parking right near the lobby was easy. Check-in was a bit odd; there was no one at the desk and after ringing the bell a couple of times with no response, I ended up calling the manager on duty. Another guest told me this happened to them before, as well. There is coffee/tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby. Room was fine. Shower didn't have a ton of pressure but was warm enough, and there was a full bath. Free unwrapped and partially-eaten peanut butter cup tucked against the bed. There was a good-sized minifridge in the room, hair dryer, I believe coffee machine too. The pool is outside in the back, heated, open 'til 10 pm. Good breakfast with waffles (two flavors!), oatmeal, cold cereal, toast and pastries, sausage, eggs and potatoes. 6-10 I believe. Check out was easy; we just dropped our keys in a basket.
