− The hotel was really really hot and they lied to us that the hot water was fixed.

− There was no toothbrush in the room. Upon asking the front desk regarding this issue, we were told that only the hospitality personnel were able to access these amenities. Which set back our schedule because those toothbrushes were unavailable. The bath gel was also empty. The room was neat, but dirty. There were many dusts everywhere. There was trash all over the underground parking lot
I would stay there if the hot water and pool area was open.
