My stay was lovely. Would come back again.
10.0Meet up with a few friends for breakfast. We ordered off the menu, I ordered scrambled egg on toast with a coffee. Coffee was great 👍 Scrambled eggs were cool definitely not hot and the bread I couldn’t eat it too hard. Scrambled eggs was on the toast and I was given butter?? My friends ordered avocado on toast the same problem and bacon but it was like rubber. Informed staff they were very good, asked us if we wanted something else but we didn’t. And didn’t charge us. Felt terrible for the chef but he came out as the manager came out to apologise. Really appreciate the afford the staff made to address the situation.

Highly recommend! The staff were amazing, very helpful. The beauty of the resort is therapeutic!
9.0Service. Staff were amazing! Food. Top quality. Extremely well maintained grounds surrounded by natural tranquil beauty of the resort intertwined with wildlife living on the reserve.
− Minor Maintenance. The room we stayed in, the bathroom needs an upgrade with grout falling out of the tiles and mould growing in shower recess. Insufficient signage - for new guests to safely guide them to the reception, restaurant etc.

− Tea bags not stocked, night manager was very rude. TV streaming channels not working in room, charged an upgrade fee to move your new room with better tv streaming options.
