− Pésimo servicio, se demoraron demasiado al realizar el check in y simplemente fue porque no nos atendieron a pesar de la disponibilidad, a veces realizaban la limpieza y otras no, no cambiaron las toallas y cuando se les pidió realizarlo, respondieron de mala manera y nunca lo hicieron. Aparte, tenía aspecto de piscina municipal, el ambiente daba ese aspecto. El bar 24/7 súper pésimo! La calidad de las bebidas demasiado deficiente, los snaks de igual manera! Súper terrible, a mi me dieron a las justas un tequeño. El trato del personal, bueno de la mayoría, poco amables y serviciales. Cuando realizamos el check out, no me dejaron ingresar a las instalaciones a pesar de haber estado buena cantidad de días. El proceso del check out también se demoraron mucho.
