10.0The private beach and included beach gear was great. No up charge for chairs under umbrellas. No charge for kayaks, SUP, snorkeling gear. The food at the restaurant 23 North and Palapas was some of the best we had in Exuma. The room was amazing, basically a large condo with exceptional views from upstairs.
− The food was not cheap nor exceptional by American fine dining standards, which was the case for the island in general. Food on the island was maybe Chili's or Outback quality at best. There were a few standout dishes, but in general the food was the least pleasing part of the trip (Exuma in general, not just at Grand Isle). The food at Grand Isle was top tier for Exuma

− The resort had two restaurants and a bbq stand. The food wasn’t the best and was quite costly.
We had a wonderful time in Exuma.
10.0The Villa was very nice and clean. We loved having the space. The location was perfect. The most beautiful beach we’ve ever seen.

− Needs pest control. I encountered a few cockroaches at night in the bathroom. Also saw one in the outdoor restaurant. Also needs to Apply Natural Pesticides on the beach close to vegetation for sand fleas. We got many bites. We will comeback if promise to take care of that situation. The food in the outdoor restaurant needs to improve as well. We couldn’t have dessert bc the chefs left early :( You have a beautiful property which much potential

8.0Very safe place with beautiful grounds. Maintenance and security staff very friendly and helpful.
− The gardeners should spend time in the morning to clean the beach instead of cutting hedges with noisy machines at 7am.
