5.0− The stay was good, but the facilities in the room were not good; for example, the air conditioning did not cool well, and there was no hot water in the shower.

− There were no slippers available when we entered the room, although perhaps we are simply accustomed to having them provided upon arrival. We also noticed that there was no tissue and not enough teaspoons for coffee, which are usually readily available. These may seem like minor details, but small touches like these can make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience and help make the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming.
